GlowTech Digital Solutions is a human-centered digital solutions company that helps small businesses, organizations, creators, professionals, and community members advertise, organize and strategize.

What services does GlowTech Digital Solutions provide?

GlowTech delivers digital signage, business support, workflow tools, and automation to help businesses, creators, and community members stay visible, organized, and supported.

How do I become a client, or sign up for services?

It’s simple. Fill out the form on the Contact page and let us know what you need.

We’ll reach out to schedule a short strategy call to understand your goals and recommend the best Glow Coverage plan or service.

After the call, you’ll receive a clear outline of what we’ll deliver, what we need from you, and the expected timeline. You approve the plan and submit any requested materials.

Once everything is approved and payment is made, services typically begin within 3–5 business days, depending on how quickly we receive your information.

Does GlowTech Digital Solutions guarantee results?

GlowTech Digital Solutions guarantees high-quality support and reliable service delivery, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Results such as sales, foot traffic, engagement, or customer behavior depend on factors outside of our control — including your offer, pricing, effort, consistency, and audience.

What we can guarantee is this:

You will receive structured support, clear communication, and services delivered exactly as promised so your business can shine more confidently every day.

Do you offer white-label services?

Yes, we offer white-label services, but this option is currently reserved for internal partners and select projects.

Once we finalize our processes and capacity for outside collaborations, we’ll release more information.

If you’re interested in exploring white-label support in the future, you can join our interest list through the Contact page.

Are you local or virtual?

GlowTech serves clients nationwide. Local businesses in Pittsburgh can access in-person visibility through GlowScreens, while all other services are available virtually from anywhere.

How does payment work?

Before any payment is made, we will provide a clear outline of the services being delivered and you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve everything first.

Once you approve, your payment confirms that you wish to move forward, and GlowTech begins allocating time and resources to your project.

Because work begins immediately after approval, all sales are final once payment is submitted.

Pricing shown on your invoice is always the price you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

GlowTech Digital Solutions accepts all major credit/debit cards. ACH payments are available for recurring monthly plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Glow Coverage

Is Glow Coverage a type of business insurance?

No — Glow Coverage is not business insurance.

There are no payouts, reimbursements, or liability protections.

Glow Coverage is a service-based support plan that protects your business from the everyday risks most small business owners face — things like disorganization, inconsistent visibility, lack of structure, overwhelming tech, missed opportunities, and burnout.

Think of it as your business safety net, not an insurance policy.

We provide strategy, structure, visibility, and hands-on support — not legal or financial insurance.

How quickly will my Glow Cover protection begin?

Services begin within 3–5 business days after all required information is submitted.

Every plan starts with a strategy call so we understand your goals and tailor your month accordingly.

Can Glow Coverage Protection Plans be customized?

Glow Coverage plans can be tailored to your needs. Book a consultation, and we’ll help you choose the right tier or bundle services to match your goals.

How do I make changes to my Glow Coverage Plan?

You can upgrade, modify, or request a pause in your Glow Coverage plan at any time.

Upgrading Your Plan:

You may upgrade your Glow Coverage at any time by submitting a request through our Contact page or emailing GlowTech directly. Once received, we’ll review your account, confirm your new plan details, and schedule your upgrade to begin with your next billing cycle. For smooth processing, please send upgrade requests at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Canceling Your Plan:

Cancellation depends on the type of Glow Coverage you have:

Starter Glow + Basic Glow (Month-to-Month)

These plans can be canceled at any time. Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

Glow Up + Corporate Glow (6-Month Commitment)

These plans cannot be canceled mid-term.

Billing continues monthly throughout the commitment period.

After the 6-month period ends, you may upgrade, renew, or cancel your plan with 48 hours’ written notice (via email) before your next billing date.

Pausing Your Plan
Month-to-Month Plans:
You may pause anytime. Your plan stays alive until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur during the pause. Contact us when you're ready to resume.

For Glow Up + Corporate Glow members:

You may request one temporary hardship pause anytime during your 6-month term. Billing pauses during this period, and your remaining commitment resumes once reactivated.

Does GlowTech make any guarantees?

GlowTech Digital Solutions guarantees high-quality support and reliable service delivery, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Are Glow Coverage plans refundable?

All payments are final.

Before any payment is made, GlowTech will provide a clear outline of the services being delivered.

Your payment confirms that you agree to move forward with those services.

GlowScreen Hosting

What types of screens do you use?

We use commercial-grade Android displays or professional LED monitors, depending on the location. Screen size range between 24 inches to 55 inches, depending on the business and placement.

All screens are:

Optimized for long run-times

Bright and visible in public spaces

Mounted securely for indoor use

We choose the best screen type based on lighting, foot traffic, and your visibility goals.

Do you provide the screens, or can I use my own?

We offer both options:

You can use your own screen if it meets our requirements.

Or we can provide, install, and manage a GlowScreen for you.

We’ll help you choose the best setup during your strategy call.

Do I need WiFi to host a GlowScreen?

Yes, most hosts do. If not, we can discuss alternative solutions depending on your setup.

Is there a cost to host a GlowScreen?

No — hosting a GlowScreen is completely free for local businesses.

GlowTech provides the screen, the setup, and the ongoing content management at no cost to you.

How much space do I need?

A GlowScreen doesn’t require much space — just a small footprint where a customer can easily see it.

For mobile screens on wheels:

A 2 ft × 2 ft area is plenty.

We typically place them near waiting areas, checkout counters, or open floor space.


For mounted screens:

We’ll do a quick layout check to make sure the wall location is safe, visible, and out of the way of foot

Will the GlowScreen be secured in my business?

Yes. GlowTech ensures the screen is safely secured so it cannot be easily moved, bumped, or taken. Mobile screens are anchored with a low-profile security system that attaches to your baseboard or another approved surface — with your permission — to prevent rolling or removal. Mounted screens (if used) are installed professionally for safety and stability.

How often will my in-house promos appear?

Your in-house promos play multiple times every hour.


Most GlowScreen hosts receive:

2–4 rotations per hour for their business

Priority placement during peak customer hours

A guaranteed presence in the overall playlist

We manage the playlist so your promos always show consistently without you needing to do anything.

How far in advance do I need to submit my ad?

Please submit all ads, event details, and creative files at least one week (7 days) before your desired start date. This allows time for review, approvals, and scheduling. Rush requests are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

Can I approve the ad you design before it's posted?

Absolutely. All custom designs created by GlowTech's Creative Studio are sent to you for approval before they go live.

You’ll receive a proof to review and can request one round of minor changes. Once approved, the final version will be uploaded to a GlowScreen within our network.


Please note: Ads you upload yourself are not sent back for redesign — they are reviewed for quality and community guidelines only.

Business Support

What types of businesses do you work with?

We support small businesses, entrepreneurs, creators, nonprofits, service providers, and community members who need visibility, organization structure and visibility.

If you have a goal and you’re ready for support, we can help you get organized and move forward.

Can I schedule a consultation?

Yes! GlowTech offers a free 15-minute Discovery Call to determine which Glow Coverage plan fits your needs. Contact us for more information.

How should I prepare for my strategy session?

Just bring your goals, your questions, and any current challenges you’re facing.

If you have links, files, or examples you want us to review, you can send them ahead of time (via email), but it’s not required.

Strategy Sessions are built to meet you exactly where you are, even if everything feels messy or unfinished.

Do you offer ongoing business support?

Yes. Ongoing support is available through our Glow Coverage plans.

These plans provide consistent monthly guidance, tech help, organization, and visibility support — so you’re not navigating your business alone.

Whether you need help staying organized, improving your digital presence, managing systems, or getting regular strategy check-ins, your Glow Coverage plan is designed to meet those needs.

Digital Signage - Glow Plans

What kind of files do I need to upload?

We accept horizontal, vertical, and square designs.

Your ad can be submitted as a JPG, PNG, MP4, or MOV file.

GlowScreens automatically adjust your content so it displays cleanly on our screens.

Vertical flyers are centered and professionally framed so your message still looks sharp.

Recommended for best results:

Horizontal (16:9)

High-resolution graphics or HD video

Clear text, no watermarks

Licensed or original content

Need help formatting?

GlowTech’s Creative Studio can resize or redesign your ad for you.

Can I use copyrighted music images, or watermarked content in my ad?

No. All materials must be copyright-free, owned by you, or properly licensed.

GlowTech Digital Solutions does not verify licensing and assumes all submitted content is legally owned by the advertiser. Unauthorized materials may lead to delays, removal, or rejection of your ad.

We cannot display ads that include:

Copyrighted music you don’t own

Stock images or videos without proper licensing

Watermarks or logos from other companies

If your files do not meet these requirements, our GlowTech Creative Studio is happy to design an acceptable ad for you.

Can I use AI-generated graphics or images?

Yes — as long as the image is clear, professional, and free of distortions.

We cannot accept AI images that include warped text/images, extra or missing limbs, graphic content, or trademarks and likenesses you do not own. All submitted content must be legally yours to use.
For legal and quality reasons, AI content cannot include:

AI versions of Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Anime, or other copyrighted characters

AI-generated logos or branding from real companies (Ex: McDonald’s, Nike, Apple)

AI-generated weapons or gun-related ads

AI-generated QR codes that do not actually scan

AI-generated people who resemble celebrities, influencers, or public figures

Can Glow Plans and Organizational Ads be used interchangeably?

No. Glow Plans and Organizational Ads serve two different purposes and are not interchangeable.

Glow Plans are ongoing monthly memberships designed for consistent, long-term visibility.

Organizational Ads are short-term, one-time placements used for events, announcements, promotions, or time-sensitive messages.

If you’re subscribed to the Glow Up tier or higher, your membership already includes the ability to submit short-term ads without purchasing an Organizational Ad separately.

Can I use my own screen, or do I need a GlowScreen?

GlowTech offers both options:

You can use your own screen if it meets our requirements.

Or we can provide, install, and manage a GlowScreen for you.

We’ll help you choose the best setup during your strategy call.

Can I pay extra to have a my ad shown on multiple screens?

Absolutely.

You can upgrade your Glow Coverage plan to include:

Additional screens

Additional neighborhoods

Higher rotation frequency

We’ll help you choose the most cost-effective option based on your goals.

Can I update my ad after it goes live?

In most cases, ads cannot be updated once they go live.

To keep our rotation consistent for all businesses on the GlowScreen Network, all ads must be fully finalized before submission.

Each file goes through a 24–48 hour review window, and in extreme circumstances we may allow essential corrections during that time (for example: incorrect dates, names, prices, or locations).

No stylistic or creative revisions will be made during this window.

Once an ad is approved and added to the live schedule,

all content is considered final.

Digital Signage - Organizational Advertising

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or community organizations?

Yes. GlowTech Digital Solutions provides community-rate pricing for select nonprofits, churches, and youth-centered organizations based on size, resources and purpose of the initiative.

Can I extend my ad beyond 7 days?

Yes. If you decide you want ongoing visibility after 7 days, we can extend your ad or come up with a solution that best fits your needs.

Can we run multiple flyers during our ad slot?

Yes. You can submit more than one flyer or short video. We'll rotate your approved materials during your scheduled campaign window at no extra charge.

Digital Signage - In-Store Digital Displays

Do I need to buy my own screen, or does GlowTech provide it?

GlowTech can source digital display screens in various sizes, tailored to your needs. Pricing varies based on the screen type and setup. If your business already has a compatible screen, we can optimize and use your existing equipment as well.

Will the screen be safely secured in my business?

Yes. GlowTech ensures a safe, secure installation appropriate for your space — whether it’s floor-standing or wall-mounted. All screens are secured using approved methods to prevent tipping, movement, or damage.

GlowTech also carries business liability insurance, providing added peace of mind for both installation and ongoing placement within your space.

How do I request changes to my menu, pricing, promotions?

Simply send us your updates — text, photos, pricing changes, or new promos — and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email or phone so we can review your materials and schedule your update.

Most updates are completed the same day or within a reasonable window depending on current workload.

What happens if the screen malfunctions or stops working?

GlowTech provides troubleshooting support, including remote checks and optional on-site assistance depending on your plan. Your display won’t be left offline — we make sure you stay up and glowing.

How much does an in-store digital display cost?

Pricing varies based on screen size and installation needs.
The easiest way to get accurate pricing is to request a custom quote.

Social Media Marketing

Do you log in to my social media accounts for me?

We create the content; you post it.

Or if you want us to post, we can talk about upgraded support.

Do you take photos and videos for my content?

You provide your photos, short videos and music. We handle the editing, designs, captions, and strategy. If you need help preparing content, we’ll guide you on what to capture.

* Please note, all music, stock images and stock videos must be copyright-free, or purchased for business use. We'll guide you if you're unsure.

Do you help me grow followers, or just post content?

GlowTech focuses on intentional, real engagement—not spammy tactics.

We can help you respond to customer inquiries, organize messages, and guide people toward booking or ordering.

While we don’t promise follower growth, our goal is to help you build trust, consistency, and genuine customer interaction.

Do you create Meta ads for campaigns?

We can create visuals, but we do not run or manage social media ad campaigns at this time.

Can you manage my DM's, or talk to customers for me?

Supportive DM management is available for clients on higher Glow Coverage tiers. We don’t pretend to be you — we respond with professionalism, and human-centered care to help your customers get the answers they need.

Can you help me figure out what to post?

We can help you plan content themes, choose what to highlight, and stay consistent with your message. You’ll still capture your photos or videos, but we’ll guide you on what to record and how to turn it into simple, effective content.

Website & Domain Setup

Do you own my website after you build it?

No. Once your website is completed and your invoice is paid in full, you own your website.

GlowTech sets everything up, connects your domain, and makes sure your site is running smoothly — but ownership and control belong to you.

If you ever need updates, edits, or ongoing support, you can request additional services anytime.

Can you fix an existing website?

Yes — we can review your current site and let you know what updates, redesigns, or repairs are needed.

Once we assess your setup, we’ll tell you whether it’s best to:

• update what you have,

• rebuild certain sections, or

• create a brand-new site for better performance.

We work with most major platforms, and we’ll recommend the option that saves you time, frustration, and money.

Will you help me purchase or connect my domain?

Yes. GlowTech can help you purchase a new domain or connect an existing one to your website.

We’ll make sure everything is set up correctly — DNS, security settings, email forwarding — so your site launches smoothly without you having to deal with the tech.

Can you migrate my website to GlowTech or a new platform?

Yes. We can migrate your website from platforms like Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress.

Before we begin, we’ll let you know what can be transferred, what may need to be rebuilt, and the most cost-effective option for your goals.

Do you set up business email like ([email protected])?

Yes. We can help you set up professional business email using your domain.

We’ll walk you through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 options and make sure everything is connected to your website correctly.

Do you setup online stores?

Absolutely. GlowTech can build a clean, functional online shop for your products or digital downloads.

We’ll set up your products, organize your categories, and make sure checkout is smooth.

If you need ongoing store management, inventory help, or weekly updates, that falls under Admin Support Blocks.

Admin & Workflow Support

How long does it take for you to complete services?

Delivery times can vary depending on the type of service, the amount of information you provide, and GlowTech’s current workload.


In general:

• Most small tasks (forms, simple graphics, updates) can be completed within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.

• Medium projects (menus, one-page sites, content, workflows) may be take up to 7–10 business days.

• Larger projects (multi-page websites, branding, complex automations) may take up to 14 business days.

If you need something sooner, rush options may be available for an additional fee—depending on capacity and feasibility.

Do you help with employee related tasks?

GlowTech can offer light employee-related support, such as

• helping you create simple workflows for your team

• writing basic training guides or checklists

• setting up systems your employees can follow

• advising on better communication or task flow

However, GlowTech does not handle HR, payroll, hiring, legal issues, conflict resolution, or disciplinary matters.

If you need help organizing your team’s workflow or giving them structure, we can absolutely discuss options during your strategy call and build a custom plan if needed.

Do you offer onsite organizing on a case-by case basis?

Yes! GlowTech’s priority is building systems that help your business run smoothly—but we also offer onsite organizing and full office overhauls for an additional fee.

Whether you need a reset, a declutter, or a full “start fresh” transformation, we can support you in getting your space back into alignment.

(Deep cleaning and hands-on organizing are optional add-on services.)

Do you offer tax prep support?

Yes. GlowTech offers basic tax preparation and business tax filing for an additional fee.

We can help you gather your documents, categorize expenses, organize receipts, and prepare your return so you can stay compliant and stress-free.

(Complex returns may require referral to an accountant.)

AI Automation

Who is Marie, and what can she help me with?

Marie is GlowTech’s AI-powered virtual assistant. She can answer FAQs, guide you through GlowTech services, help you explore Glow Coverage plans, provide quick support, and direct you to a human team member when needed.

She gives you instant answers — while GlowTech handles the custom, deeper automations behind the scenes.

Do you build custom AI assistants?

Yes! GlowTech creates custom AI phone agents, chat assistants, and message responders trained in your business voice, pricing, services, and policies.

Your AI assistant can answer questions, collect leads, route calls, and help clients 24/7.

How long does it take to set up my automations?

Most AI automations take 3–10 business days depending on complexity and how quickly your information is submitted.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Can you manage my automations after they're built?

Yes. GlowTech offers ongoing support, updates, and troubleshooting through your chosen Glow Coverage plan.

Do you integrate AI with my website, forms, or social media?

Yes — we can connect your chat assistant, phone agent, or automated workflows to your website, contact forms, social DMs, QR codes, and landing pages.

Ad Creation

Do you offer ad creation if I don't already have a design?

Yes! GlowTech’s Creative Studio can design your ad.

If you choose a design service, you’ll receive a proof to approve before it goes live.

What do I need to provide for my ad?

You’ll send your logo, photos, product details, pricing, colors, and any text you want included. If you don’t have everything, GlowTech can guide you. We keep the process simple and stress-free.

What if I need multiple ads or a full ad set?

GlowTech offers bundles and custom packages for businesses that need ongoing ads, seasonal promotions, menu updates, or multi-platform visibility.

Who owns the ad once it's created?

All GlowScreen ads created by GlowTech remain the intellectual property of GlowTech Digital Solutions.

Ads are designed specifically for your GlowScreen placement and cannot be repurposed, edited, or reused on other platforms (such as social media, websites, print materials, or other digital signage) unless a separate licensing fee has been arranged.

If you need a version of your design for other platforms, GlowTech can create a separate, platform-ready version for an additional fee.
