How far in advance should I book a GlowScreen?

We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your date. However, if your event is sooner, reach out — we may be able to accommodate depending on your needs.
* Additional fees may apply for rush bookings

What types of photos and videos can I upload?

We accept most common formats, including JPEG, PNG, MP4, MOV, and more. Once you book, you’ll receive an upload link where you can send everything easily from your phone or computer.

Can I request changes to the slideshow?

During the booking process, we gather your colors, themes, music preferences, and any must-include details so the final slideshow reflects your vision beautifully.

Because each design is handcrafted as a surprise reveal, adjustments are limited, but small changes may be accommodated depending on what’s needed.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Pittsburgh and surrounding areas, including Allegheny County, Penn Hills, Monroeville, Wilkinsburg, and nearby neighborhoods. If your event is outside this zone, just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How does payment work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit holds your GlowScreen and allows us to begin preparing your project. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
* For events booked within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Checks are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I need to change my date or cancel my booking?

If you need to change your event date, just let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to move your booking to a new date, as long as we have availability.

For cancellations:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your event to avoid additional charges.

Any cancellation made less than one week before your date will result in a design fee.

Can the GlowScreen run outdoors?

GlowScreens can be used outdoors only if they are placed in a fully covered and weather-protected area (such as a tent, pavilion, or shaded porch). They cannot be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, wind, or moisture.

Power must also be available within 10 feet of the setup area.

This protects your equipment and keeps your visuals bright and visible for guests.
